Weeks after the second dose he developed severe abdominal pain, was misdiagnosed with gastroenteritis, and vomited bile before his wife took him to the emergency room. An MRI found blood clots in his superior mesenteric, splenic, and portal veins, and he was discharged on twice-daily blood thinners, triggering his medical release. He says his condition was not reported to the internal AEFI immunization system until three years later, and only at his own request. He states Veterans Affairs acknowledges his PTSD but denies his thrombosis claims as not service-related; Christensen adds he can no longer afford his blood thinners.

0:01 Thank you, Catherine. 0:02 Before I open up to questions, I also want Michael to testify and share his story. 0:08 Michael, I'll just lead you through your experience, but you're 41 now, and you were a Canadian Armed Forces member for 11 years. 0:19 You were in the Army, you were a communications specialist for the 77th Mine Regiment, and you guys basically did the telecommunications for the Department of National Defense. 0:31 From a health perspective, you were in extremely good health. 0:34 You had to be deployable on the field, which requires a very high level. 0:39 You had yearly physicals that you passed with flying colors. 0:44 You had to be at a standard of physical ability requiring deployment. 0:49 Your unit would train together doing kettlebell workouts, gym training, track lunches, and your work required you to climb towers, 100 to 400 meter towers, 1:00 basically daily because you're up there in telecommunications towers. 1:04 So you were an extremely fit Canadian Armed Forces Army member. 1:10 Can you tell us what happened? 6:06 I got to get there. 6:10 It's a process, is what they tell me. 6:16 I've been selected to provide my testimony on my experiences leading up to and after my injuries from these experimental mRNA inoculations. 6:46 My name is Michael James McNair and I am a Scottish Ojibwe Canadian. 7:06 I served 11 years in the Canadian Armed Forces for the Royal Canadian 7:14 core of signals. 7:18 And I had the privilege to wear the 77 line regimental epaulet on my chest. 7:31 77 line regiment is considered a high readiness unit. 7:37 And we are deployed multiple times throughout the year on domestic 7:44 infrastructure, maintenance and repair operations. 7:50 We were deployed hundreds of days per year. 8:01 When the world was shutting down and the countries were closing their borders, we 8:12 We're on Operation Enhanced Forward Presence 2019 to 2020. 8:18 I have a combined isolation and quarantine time of 84 days. 8:48 And I have experienced and have witnessed inhumane treatment of people who have had their dignity stripped away. 9:06 This was allowed because of fear. 9:20 and confusion. 9:29 April 23rd, 2001. 9:37 My crew came off of a project. 9:43 We were ordered to get in line 9:56 at the base arena, whether we wanted these initial inoculations or not. 10:05 I said yes, in fear of not being deployable and losing my position with 77 line regiment. 10:28 I and we were not provided any information on if this was a serious causing injury inoculation. 10:48 We were only told 10:51 that it would be localized discomfort with headaches and possibly body chills. 11:09 I was then transferred to CFP Gagetown, Fredericton, New Brunswick, or Mokto. 11:22 where I was in a position that was supposed to be a slower tempo and closer to my family. 11:39 I tried to delay my second inoculation for as long as I could until General Wayne Eyre 11:52 mandated an effective end state of November 15th, 2021. 12:05 Again, out of fear and confusion and not wanting to put my family into unnecessary 12:21 financial distress, I said yes. 12:34 I still remember watching this unknown substance be put into my arm. 12:45 My body was shaking. 12:54 And my mind was breaking. 13:14 This is what I now know as a moral injury. 13:41 Two to three weeks later. 13:44 In the upper left side of my abdomen. 13:49 I felt a sensation. 13:53 But I didn't think much of it because we were extremely busy at work. 14:03 Six weeks after this second Moderna inoculation. 14:08 The week. 14:10 of November 29th, 2001. 14:19 The pain that I was experiencing became unmanageable in the upper left side of my abdomen. 14:42 So I went to the base MIR and I was misdiagnosed and sent home with gastronitis. 14:59 I'm not a doctor and I don't know what this is. 15:05 Never had it. 15:08 Later that afternoon and night, 15:13 I was throwing up yellow stomach bile every 15 to 20 minutes, which later turned to a blackish-gray color. 15:30 My wife found me in our washroom. 15:50 She took me to the emergency room at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital where an MRI found 16:12 that I had a blood clot forming or formed in my superior mesenteric vein, which extended into my splenic vein and my portal vein. 16:30 I'm not a doctor, but I figured it out. 16:39 I was discharged seven days later. 16:46 And I was told to take blood thinners twice daily. 16:54 This, because of the condition and medication, triggered my medical file to be flagged. 17:16 breaching my universality terms of service with the military, I became a medical release. 17:47 I was provided with a period of retention until my medical release. 17:58 And this allowed me time to find out that my condition was not reported 18:13 To the AEFI, which is an internal reporting system. 18:22 AEFI is the adverse effects following immunization. 18:32 This was three years later. 18:34 And they only submitted it. 18:42 on my request. 18:55 VAC acknowledges that I have PTSD from all of these experiences. 19:09 But they 19:11 deny my thrombosis claims, saying that these are not service-related. 19:29 What I have come to realize is that the only things 19:43 necessary for evil to triumph are fear and confusion because then good people will do nothing. 20:10 I do not request the governor general. 20:18 I demand the governor general to be here. 20:23 And where is our king? 20:40 because I know where my king is. 20:53 Thank you very much. 21:32 I didn't understand that when you're in the forces, you'll give your life for your fellow soldiers and you guys train together 21:41 do things together and you're deployed together and there's this trust and you were trying to explain it to me. 21:53 And I came to understand that one of the hardest parts for you was that system just, you became non-existent. 22:01 Your commanders didn't acknowledge that you were injured. 22:04 The system just basically didn't take care of you. 22:08 They broke this Michael McNair

22:41 My only comment would be is for the Canadian public to understand that the members of the Canadian Armed Forces swear an oath to the King to serve. 22:59 And in that covenant is that they will always be taken care of when something goes wrong. 23:08 And in the COVID 23:11 and listening to Senator Johnson this morning, my theory that the Chief of Defence staff knew how dangerous Moderna was and he knew the risks that his troops were going to face for an infection that they were not at risk for was true. 23:34 He knew months before he brought in that mandate of the destruction that he had leashed upon 23:40 the Canadian Armed Forces. 23:43 And unfortunately, with the way that our Canadian system works, he will never face accountability for that. 23:51 He is now retired. 23:52 He's coming up to a year after his retirement. 23:55 After a year of retirement, he is untouchable by the laws of the Canadian Armed Forces. 24:05 And I don't believe that I could ever convince a Crown prosecutor 24:10 to ever bring criminal charges. 24:14 But the blood of many Canadian Armed Forces members and their families rests on his hands, and they rest on the current Chief of Defence staff, because she was a senior commanding officer. 24:28 Even the Surgeon General told him not to do this, don't do this to the troops, and was ignored, his own chief medical officer. 24:40 I don't know if we can ever possibly fix this. 24:46 I can tell you that the federal court, when this was brought before them, treated it as a joke. 24:54 It was funny to them. 24:59 And I mean, I'm here because I can tell these stories. 25:09 And I would like to tell you that Mike's story is unusual and isolated, but it's not. 25:15 I've talked to thousands of members and veterans that are vaccine injured. 25:21 I know the stats don't, the official stats don't show the true number. 25:26 I have medical doctors who served in the system who know, who are vaccine injured themselves, who were told, do not report this, report it as something else. 25:40 It's been a massive cover-up. 25:41 So I want to thank you for this inquiry, because the more that it's talked about, the better off we are, because how do we fix the mistakes if we never talk about them? 25:54 And I'm just going to add, on behalf of Michael, that he was speaking blood thoughts. 26:01 He was put on blood thinners for years. 26:03 He can no longer afford the blood thinners. 26:06 And I just want to publicly state that I'm ashamed 26:10 In Canada, we allow veterans that need blood thinners, but we don't pay for them. 26:17 I think something needs to be done. 26:21 And I'll make one final comment. 26:23 Catherine, thank you for what you do, representing our armed forces. 26:27 And Michael, thank you for your service. 26:31 And to all the other Canadian forces that may be in the room, we appreciate the ultimate sacrifice that you've made. 26:38 It is a complete 26:39 and total slap in the face the way you have been treated and other veterans have been treated and completely unacceptable. 26:46 And I guarantee, I wonder how many people watching today would have any clue that this is the way our veterans are being treated. 26:54 And we hear stories time and time again of people showing up and not offering help, but offering MAID or whatever it is. 27:02 And this is completely and totally unacceptable. 27:05 And we have got to break that cycle of silence 27:09 That we can't have this conversation if no one knows what's going on. 27:14 How do we deal with this issue? 27:15 And so thank you for coming. 27:17 Thank you for sharing. 27:19 And I know how difficult it is. 27:21 And I understand based on what you said, what Sean said, how you've been betrayed by the very country that you swore an oath to protect with your life. 27:31 So thank you for coming today.
